15 ways to reduce your risk to acquire "retardedness"

1) Eat slowly and chew softly
When we chew, it defenitely will strengthen our teeth structure, it will also increase the blood circulation in our brain, which will stimulate more brain activities.

2) Sun-bath yourself
The sunlight can trigger the grow of the DNA in our nervous system. And it will help you in sleeping, which you will sleep better. Besides, you will not easily to get melancholy.

3) Do a "receipt" for your daily chores
This way enable you to do the work more efficiently and less time and energy consuming.

4) Eat breakfast
As usual, if we awake from the sleep, the glucose level in our brain will decrease which energy supply will also decrease. To overcome this, it is best to eat breakfast after you wake up, and do not delay the time of brakfast.

5) Take safe precautions when using a transportation
Generally, this is to reduce the damage to our brain, it is very simple fact. ( anyone will know it)

6) Complete the house chores
Doing house chores will act as exercise to your body muscles. Theres a chain for this, if the body muscles are undergoing exercise, so do your brain. When you complete them, you will feel a satisfaction to yourself and able to boost your self esteem.

7) Consumes lots of water
Simple statement: you drink many water, your brain get more energy, your brain get energy, you will be energitised.

8) Always greets people with smile
Always be the first to greet people, it will increase your ability to socialise. When you greet, you should remember the face of the person, in this way this will increase your memory.

9) Walk a new road everyday
When you walk a new road, you will discover new environment, it will help your brain to increse the ability to produce more stimuli.

10) Jogging
When jogging, intake amount of oxygen will dramatically increase, thus your brain will be more active. Jog 3times each week, each jog needs 50 minutes to energitised your brain.

11) Take a deep breath
Inhale largely for 30 seconds, after that use your thumb press ring finger - think of your favourite things for 30 seconds; then press middle finger - think of your loveable moment for 30 seconds; press your index finger- think of a beautiful place for 30 seconds.

12) Watch less than 1 hour of television a day
If you watch more than the period, your memory space will decrease cause there are no brain activities. Tats all

13) Consume vitamin B12
Easy and simple statement- protect the blood circulation around your brain.

14) Eat things that smell good and spicy
easy- kill bacterias inside your body.

15) Use the "tooth string" each day
No explanation for this in the article, just use it, zzz

ps: I dont know whether these will work or not, if anyone have tried this tell me the result. And this is not a joke, this is real from an article, i am not trying to fool you all.LOL
